RECENT EVENTS

February 23rd was our annual Thaddeus Lutz-Mary Sue Weber Scholarship Smorgasbord, providing scholarships for Bandys High School seniors.

As usual all the tables were beautifully decorated by Lions, family members and friends of the club.

While President, Mike McKinley and his wife, Jean were collecting the tickets and money, Lions Kirby Cook and Peggy Ross were busy preparing the delicious meal.

We honored our own Lion Ed Nolley, who, backed by his wife, Jean, has be a leader, not only in our club, but in his church, Habitat for Humanity, ECCCM and area planning boards. Entertainment for the evening was provided by the Vocal News Quartet.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Our monthly Pancake Breakfasts began in October. We will have the breakfasts the second Saturday of every month October thru April. We're looking forward to seeing you all there!
